Breeding Information
Nidorina and Nidoqueen can breed here. Genderless Pokémon have genders and belong to the proper egg group(s). The only Pokémon that cannot breed are the baby Pokémon, for obvious reasons.
When breeding a pair of Pokémon, there is a chance of each egg to be a hybrid of both parents. The chance is smaller when breeding two hybrid Pokémon, but it is also a possibility.
A much smaller chance when breeding is that the Pokémon that hatches will be a single species, but will have delta-typing. The differently-typed Pokémon will be able to learn the attacks that a delta of that particular Pokémon can learn, but will evolve normally.
Each individual Pokémon may only be bred once every three days. You must breed a male and a female Pokemon that share at least one egg group.
Dittos cannot be hybridized. The only way to get a Ditto egg is to breed two Ditto; otherwise, the breeding is treated as though two Pokémon of the same non-Ditto species are breeding. Ditto can only breed every six days, instead of the normal three.
Legendaries can breed freely with anyone they choose, still following the egg group rule, but a trainer may only breed a legendary that they have summoned or found if the Pokémon gives them consent to do so. Usually, these pairings only result in one egg, rarely do they create two, and never three. Legendary eggs are always a hybrid of the legendary and whatever Pokémon they are bred with, unless it is a special breeding or the legendary is only creating a copy of itself, which also only occurs under unusual circumstances. A legendary hybrid only has the appearance, attacks, and sometimes abilities of their legendary parent, they never have quite as much power as the parent.
Example: A trainer is allowed to breed Dialga. They choose to breed Dialga with a Charizard, and the offspring is a hybrid of Charmander and Dialga. Though the parent was able to control and even freeze time, the child Pokémon cannot. However, the child is a Fire/Steel type and learns Dialga's level-up moves as a part of its moveset.
On another note, Pokémon with the ability Wonder Guard may not have the type combo of Ghost/Dark or any other type combination that has no weakness. The combination is highly unstable and will kill the Pokémon within a few posts of hatching if this rule is not followed.

Egg Information
When a trainer receives a Pokémon egg, either from a promo or a breeding or some other source, they must wait for a period of real-time to pass before allowing a mod or admin to hatch it into a Pokémon. The mod or admin will give the new Pokémon all of its information, including its nature and attacks, and they will choose its ability. There is a chance for an egg to hatch into a hybrid Pokémon or into a single-species Pokemon with the type and attacks of the opposite parent, which will be determined by the mod or admin generating the egg. Hatched eggs will be at level 5 with 50/100 happiness.
For eggs bred normally at the Breeding Center, it takes a real-time week to hatch. For eggs bred with a legendary Pokemon with that legendary's permission, the time is two weeks. For promotional eggs and ones obtained in-RP, the time will be determined by whomever is giving you the egg, within reason. If a character has a Pokémon with Flame Body or Magma Armor in their party, the time to hatch an egg will be halved, though the effect does not stack if you have multiple Pokémon with these abilities in your party.
There are a few items that might modify the Pokémon hatching from the egg, but they won't always work on certain Pokémon eggs and they may not work at all on the egg of a legendary hybrid. These items may guarantee that the Pokemon that hatches is a specific gender, or they may guarantee that the Pokémon will hatch into a hybrid or a delta-type Pokémon rather than a normal one. These items will disappear upon use, so use them wisely!

Egg Group Amendments
Some Pokémon's Egg Groups make no sense, or it would work for them to have one or two more groups than they already have, so here is a list of all of those Pokémon and their new Egg Groups. The Deity group is for legendary Pokémon and Pokémon that are based on mythical creatures, and the Ditto group usually contains only Ditto due to its unique Transformation ability, but Mew fits into that category as well with its ability to Transform, so it only fits that Mew is in the same egg group rather than being restricted to any two or three groups.
