This laboratory's scientists will assist trainers in modifying one or both of the types of their Pokémon. This process can be painful, might not work, and does not allow the Pokémon to learn any new or different attacks than their normal moveset allows. It is easier to add a second type to a Pokémon normally of only one type, but it is possible to change one or both types of a Pokémon that already has two. You may choose which type your Pokémon changes to, but it may not always work properly; if you want your Typhlosion to have Ice as a secondary type, it may become part Ground-type instead. There is no way of knowing which type it will end up if it doesn't end up the chosen type.
Note: Even with the magic of science, no Pokémon with the Wonder Guard ability may have two types that, when combined, aren't super-effected by anything.
$1000 to add type to single-type Pokémon $1500 to change one type of two-typed Pokémon $2000 to change both types of two-typed Pokémon
